The Catalytic Emission Cleaner (CEC) from Giesen is designed for coffee roasteries to efficiently reduce emissions with a built-in catalytic converter and afterburner. This system heats polluted air to 320°C, significantly lower than traditional thermal afterburners, and passes it through a catalyst for accelerated oxidation. The compact design ensures easy maintenance with accessible cleaning areas. Suitable for various roaster models including W6, W15, W30, W45, W60, and W140, the CEC comes in three sizes: CEC30, CEC60, and CEC140, covering collector surfaces of 14.2 m², 28.4 m², and 56.8 m² respectively. The device is CE certified, ensuring regulatory compliance.
