The system can fill and seal pouches up to 165 mm wide at speeds of up to 100 cycles per minute, making it versatile for various industries. It features a dual-bag, eight-station design that includes a highly durable welded steel frame and a servo-driven Allen Bradley control platform with a user-friendly touch screen. Additional functions like pouch presence detection, automatic deoxidizer feeding, and a cooling station ensure reduced downtime and improved product quality. Optional features include advanced robotic pick & place systems and integrated multi-head scales, volumetric fillers, and auger fillers. The machine also supports various quality control mechanisms such as metal detectors and X-ray inspection.
