The GEA 25kg Bag tipping station is designed for manually opening and emptying bags of powder into a processing system. Its sanitary design makes it suitable for all food powder discharge applications, especially in the dairy and food industries. Operators can rely on its integrated sieve to ensure that the product is free from foreign bodies and lumps. The station minimizes dust emissions by working in conjunction with a plant dust-extraction system, a standalone dust extractor, or an integrated dust collector. The system supports emptying rates of less than 120 bags per hour for single units and less than 240 bags per hour for twin units. Optional features include a vibrating single-screen sifter, dust collector with automatic pulse cleaning, and ducting to an exhaust fan.
