The Hänsel Processing STRADA® forming line is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of hard and soft candy production, including toffees and chewing gums. The system includes various components such as the batch roller HKR 2320, rope sizer HZU 2630, and forming machine UP 2930. The batch roller, made of stainless steel with adjustable speeds and heating elements, ensures uniform cone formation. In the rope sizer, four or five levelling roller pairs can be adjusted individually for precise strand calibration, reducing product losses during start-up. The forming machine offers three die options for different rope speeds, facilitating quick changeovers. Each component prioritizes user-friendliness, hygienic design, and safety, making it a robust solution for the confectionery industry.
