The Taddeo Synthesis Module by Comecer is designed explicitly for the synthesis of radiopharmaceuticals. This module uses a disposable cassette system, where all components that contact the product are single-use, ensuring sterility and avoiding contamination. The module is equipped with open software, making it adaptable for various synthesis procedures. It features 15 zero-dead volume valves and two high-precision syringe actuators for precise handling of reagents. Two heaters with cooling systems maintain optimal temperature for reactors or reagents, and the module includes high-temperature resistant disposable reactors capable of withstanding up to 150°C. Multiple scintillation crystal radioactivity detectors ensure accurate monitoring throughout the process.
