The MULTIDOS H Weighfeeder by Schenck Process is designed for continuous gravimetric feeding applications. It stands out due to its high accuracy of +/- 0.25% and is part of the MULTIDOS product family, offering application-specific series to meet various needs. This weighfeeder is particularly suitable for high bulk-density materials and large-scale feed rates. It features a flatbelt conveyor optimized for precise weighing, an integrated weighing sensor system, and a three-phase AC drive system with a speed sensor. The system ensures stable, long-term feeding results, thanks to the measuring roller placed directly on two load cells and the mechatronics concept. Lifetime lubrication of bearings and a weighted belt tensioning system make the weighfeeder low-maintenance. Calibration can be performed both onsite and remotely via PCs or local field offices, allowing for adaptable operation in various environments.
