Available in sizes ranging from 400 to 2000 liters, it ensures rapid and lump-free mixing. Optional double jacket cooling can be added for temperature control. The substance to be mixed is automatically sucked in and evenly distributed, minimizing sedimentation. The system can be integrated with curing injectors and tumblers for optimal control. Additional features, such as Siemens touch panels with recipe management, water dose feeders, weighing systems, and electro-pneumatic valves, enhance usability. Cleaning and maintenance are simplified due to removable tubes and valves.
