The Liquid Confectionery Metering System by CHOCOTECH is designed for the precise mixing and metering of ingredients such as colors, flavors, acids, fruit juice, yogurt mix, and vitamins into a cooked base mass. The gravimetric solution, commonly used for jellies and gummies, typically features a six CFA system mounted above a mogul. For hard candies, chewy candies, aerated products, and OTC applications, a volumetric system is preferred. Depending on the application, ingredient blending is carried out via either a continuous static mixer or a continuous dynamic mixer. This system ensures accurate ingredient ratios and consistent mixing, crucial for maintaining high-quality and uniform confectionery products.
