Aerators are devices used for mixing air (oxygen transfer) with a liquid such as water or oil to form a homogeneous product. Selecting an industrial aeration system involves choosing a suitable mixing head and considering the desired input and output flows, temperature, level of aeration, properties of the liquid phase, and the degree of automation and pressure control. Aerators are used in the food industry for the production of fat-based center masses and crèmes and in the chemical industry for wastewater treatment.
