The ADM-SS-600 Soft Candy Production Line by Memak is designed to meet the rigorous demands of candy production. This system can handle capacities of up to 430 kg/h for 10-gram candies and 540 kg/h for 15-gram candies, with a production rate of 20-60 shots per minute. This line includes advanced components like a preparation tank, glucose and invert sugar storage tank, fat melting tank, continuous cooking unit with vacuum, and pressurized buffer tank. These features ensure precise control over each stage of the candy-making process, resulting in consistent product quality. The entire line operates with a total power consumption of 105 kW, providing an energy-efficient solution for large-scale candy production.
