It features a specially-shaped fluidizator that rotates near the inner wall of the cone, effectively preventing arch-formation. This design also aerates the bulk material, allowing it to flow out under its own gravitational force. Made entirely from stainless steel (1.4401/1.4571), the module ensures durability and resistant to corrosion. The drive is uncoupled via a friction wheel, and there is an option for a standalone solution with an SPS module for precise weighing and dosing processes. This makes the KA discharge module particularly suitable for industries where precise material handling is required.
