The OMVE pilot plant for plant-based beverages utilizes state-of-the-art Direct Steam Injection (DSI) technology. This fully automated setup efficiently simulates industrial-scale installations on a smaller scale. Key components include the HT220DSI UHT system for both pasteurization and sterilization, a high-pressure homogenizer, variable holding times, and hygienic/aseptic fillers. The system ensures excellent reproducibility of product formulas, delivering sterile products in sterilized containers. This plant is available in different configurations and capacities up to 1000L, providing flexibility to meet specific processing needs.
