The MEGATRON® MT-FM Series by Kinematica is a foaming system designed for the generation of micro bubbles ranging from 5-10 µm. Unique rotor/stator geometries ensure dense and uniform distribution of bubbles. This solution is suitable for applications in laboratories, pilot plants, and production environments, making scale-up straightforward from a few liters to large-scale production batches. The MEGATRON® MT-FM operates continuously, ensuring a high throughput volume of up to 4,000 l/h. All product-contacting parts are made from 316L stainless steel, and the system complies with 3A and ATEX regulatory standards. Configurations include Clean in Place (CIP) and Sterilize in Place (SIP) options, and a wear-free three-phase motor with RECO® speed control guarantees reliable performance.
