These bins eschew flow disruption with fully fluidized sintered PORVAIR cones, ensuring smooth pre-conditioning and vacuum conveying of solids, powders, and granules. They include features such as aeration pads, vibrators, and level probes to maintain consistent material flow.
With options for 50- or 150-liter capacities, they efficiently buffer and convey materials like polyolefin pellets, ABS granules, catalyst powders, and protein powders, among others, reducing downtime during bulk bag changeovers. Dust collection is facilitated through vents compatible with central dust extraction systems, promoting a cleaner and safer work environment.
