Piston pump continuous ice cream freezer

Industrial-scale ice cream production requires consistent freezing and aeration of the cream mixture to ensure product quality and efficiency. Conventional freezers often fall short in maintaining precise control over these factors, necessitating more advanced solutions for uninterrupted operation.

Ensures consistent freezing and aeration

The Freezmat CPS Semi-automatic by Catta 27 is designed for continuous industrial ice cream production. Utilizing a piston pump and an integrated Freon compressor, this system ensures the even transfer of the cream mixture and air into the freezing chamber. Available in three models (K200, K400, and K600), it offers productions rates ranging from 100 to 600 liters per hour. The machine operates with various refrigerants, including R 404A, R 507A, and R 449A, and supports water condensation. Key features include beater power ranging from 3 kW to 7.5 kW and compressor power ranging from 4 kW to 15 kW, making it suitable for various scales of production.

Benefits

  • Consistent freezing and aeration for quality ice cream
  • Available in multiple production capacities (100 to 600 liters per hour)
  • Supports multiple refrigerants (R 404A, R 507A, R 449A)
  • Semi-automatic operation for balanced control and efficiency
