The Solaris Biotech reactors and tanks provide custom solutions for bioreactor and fermenter operations. These systems come pre-assembled, mounted on a stainless-steel frame, and can include staircases, handrails, and platforms if necessary. Available with stirred and aerated vessels, they operate up to 12 Bar pressure and are customizable based on specific client needs. Control systems are based on Siemens PLC and SCADA software, and an industrial touch screen PC allows for the management of all operational variables. Solaris offers various types of tanks including media preparation, feeding, killing, storage, and harvest tanks, which can also be integrated into the fermenter or bioreactor skid for smaller volumes. CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) systems feature single or multi-tank configurations to hold different water qualities and execute sequence washing cyclic operations. These systems offer both automatic and manual control via a touch screen HMI panel. Solaris Biotech products are suitable for a wide range of applications and can be certified under PED, ATEX, CNR, and SVTI standards.
