The GEA CRAFT-STAR® Craft Brewhouse M is a fully automatic brewing system designed for small batch production, specifically for batches of 20 hl (17 U.S. BBL) cold cast-out wort. This brewhouse features the same high-quality components and technology as GEA’s larger industrial solutions, ensuring high productivity and flexibility. Skid-mounted for easy installation, the brewhouse incorporates GEA’s state-of-the-art lautering system, external wort boiling, and high-performance wort aeration. The system supports infusion and decoction mashing regimes, allowing versatile brewing options. The stainless-steel vessel, available in polished or matte finishes, ensures durability and efficient use of materials. Key components include a GEA Agitator 2.0 pre-masher and a two-level-deflector for wort boiling. The brewhouse achieves up to 98% extract yield in the lauter tun and can handle up to 12 brews in 24 hours. GEA is the supplier of this advanced brewing system.
