Biodecontamination system for small pharmaceutical enclosures
In small- to medium-sized pharmaceutical environments, such as isolators and glove boxes, maintaining a sterile environment is critical. Conventional methods can be time-consuming and potentially harmful to materials involved. Efficient, safe, and effective decontamination processes are essential in these settings.

Provides rapid and effective biodecontamination
The VHP M10 Biodecontamination Unit from Steris Finn-Aqua is designed for economical decontamination of sealed enclosures. Utilizing Vaprox® Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilant, this unit achieves dry, low-temperature sterilization through a four-phase process: dehumidification, conditioning, biodecontamination, and aeration. This design allows it to be used as a standalone unit or integrated with existing control systems via Ethernet or discrete I/O. The system effectively eliminates a wide variety of microorganisms, ensuring material compatibility and providing a non-toxic alternative to traditional methods. Ideal for small enclosures up to 5m³, the VHP M10 significantly enhances productivity while maintaining an environmentally friendly profile. Accessories, such as the VHP Desiccant Dryer and 600 g Reusable Desiccant Cartridge, further streamline the process.
