The mixer features a unique hollow quill drive that protects the gear train from severe shaft flexure, thus ensuring a longer service life. Available with motor pedestals up to 30kw (40hp) and motor brackets for all sizes, it guarantees motor alignment. The mixer employs bearings sized far beyond AGMA requirements for extended durability. Mechanical seals have a cartridge design for easy replacement, while the helical change gears are simple to swap out as processing needs change. Available in power ranges from 0.75kw to 150kw (1hp to 200hp) with speeds from 9 to 280 rpm, the Lightnin 80 Series meets OSHA and CE safety standards, with options that comply with ATEX regulations. The use of various impellers, like the high-flow A310/A510, allows optimization for specific processes.
