Fume hood with pipes for chemical laboratories

In chemical laboratories, managing hazardous chemical fumes and toxic gases is essential to ensure the safety of operators and the environment. Traditional exhaust systems may not fully protect against high concentrations of toxic, irritating, or inflammable substances generated during experiments.

Effectively exhaust hazardous chemical fumes

The Fume Hood with Pipes by Shinva is designed to provide a secure barrier against hazardous chemical fumes in laboratory settings. The unit features an LCD screen that displays essential metrics such as time, temperature, PM2.5 levels, and air velocity. It utilizes intelligent constant air velocity technology to automatically adjust exhaust rates based on the window’s open height, maintaining a constant face velocity. This hood also includes a body-induction function to lower air velocity when not in use, reducing energy consumption. The worktable surfaces are made from heat, corrosion, and wear-resistant materials like physiochemical plates, laminate plates, and ceramic plates, making them easy to clean. The hood’s structure includes an acid-and-alkali-resistant epoxy resin powder coating, providing a smooth and aesthetic appearance. Additional features include an air-channel structure that prevents gas detention, a two-sided wall design for easy connection of utilities, and an easily accessible overhaul-purpose window for maintenance.
