The candy cooking process is boiling a syrup mixture – of sugar, flavorings, and coloring – at a high temperature. You have to cook the candy syrup mixture so you can mix all the ingredients together and create the desired consistency.  Depending on the type of candy – either hard or soft candy, two different consistency is desired, resulting in two different ranges of cooking temperatures. Candy cooking equipment is often continuous and automatic – just like an automatic cooker. You can also employ batch operation type instead of continuous type.
