The cooker’s high turbulence on the product side allows for small temperature differences and low steam pressure demand, ensuring the product does not come into direct contact with steam during the cooking process. The multiple steam-carrying pipes provide excellent heat transfer, crucial for high-quality jelly production. Additionally, the system offers uniform product outlet and optimal start-up and shutdown behavior, making it suitable for all common gelling agents. The cooker incorporates a CIP cleaning pump and cycle back to the reservoir tank, along with a pneumatic-controlled pressure control valve for system pressure adjustment, ensuring a hygienic and efficient operation.
