Automate high capacity sugar boiling

The A.M.P-Rose 1300 is an automatic and continuous batch cooker designed specifically for high boiled sugar production. Capable of producing up to 1300 kg/hr, this system can handle raw material cold slurry or pre-cooked sugar solutions. The cooker features an insulated steel steam pressure vessel, a variable speed product feed pump, a product heating coil, a vapor extraction chamber, and two receiving pans, all mounted on a common base plate. Separate base plates support the syrup and vacuum pumps, motors, and vacuum condensers. The continuous operation reduces manual processes: a variable speed stainless steel pump directs slurry through a heating coil into a vacuum extraction chamber where boiling vapors are removed, and liquid sugar is transferred for vacuum treatment. The dual receiving pans switch automatically, enhancing efficiency while maintaining safety standards. Manual tipping of the filled pans is the only non-automated step.
