Integrated process system for hard caramel production

Creating high-quality hard caramel with consistent low residual moisture requires advanced technology. Traditional methods often lead to irregular results and higher energy consumption, posing significant challenges in production efficiency.

Process up to 1800 kg/h with low residual water

The SUCROLINER® 1731 by Hänsel Processing is a fully integrated system designed for the production of hard caramel masses. This unit can handle up to 1800 kg/h, with the flexibility to flavor up to four different masses simultaneously. It processes both standard slurry and low-water slurries, saving steam energy. The system includes the reliable CROSSFLOW® cookers and meets EDHEC and GMP hygienic standards. Maintenance is facilitated with predictive diagnostics and full CIP cleaning integration. Installation is quick due to pre-assembled mechanical and electronic components on a single frame.
