Making tomato sauce

Tomato sauce cooking process is a step of mixing the blenched and pulped tomatoes with additional ingredients, such as salt, pepper, and dried herb. During this process, you should mix all the ingredients evenly so that there is no disparity of taste and aroma in one batch. It is important to pay attention to the caramelization of tomato since the pulp will be cooked at a temperature of 70-90°C.
