The MPV-BC Batch Cookers from OMVE are versatile systems designed for small-scale food processing with a high degree of automation and control. These units feature double jacketed vessels that can be heated with either steam or electricity. Temperature and pressure are automatically controlled and monitored via a user-friendly touchscreen interface. The cookers come equipped with low-speed anchor agitators, scrapers, and optional mixers in low-, high-speed, or high-shear configurations. Additional options include a vacuum system for deaeration and a Cleaning in Place (CIP) package. Available in 20L, 50L, and 100L capacities, these systems are ideal for standalone operations but can also be integrated with other process equipment.
