The CCM 800 from Uzermak is a versatile industrial system designed to handle a range of food processing tasks, including mixing, heating, cooling, grinding, size reduction, emulsifying, and homogenizing. Constructed from AISI 304 quality stainless steel, it boasts a bowl capacity of 1620 liters and can process up to 800 liters per batch. The unit features direct steam injection with five nozzles for even heating, and a double jacket for efficient heating and cooling. It includes a vacuum pump for deaerating and a complete PLC process control system. The main motor, with a frequency control range of 0-3000 rpm, drives four knives, ensuring thorough mixing. Optional upgrades include a vacuum condenser for cooling, mechanical homogenizer (FetaCUT), and AISI 316 stainless steel for higher temperature processing up to 125 °C. Ideal for applications in processed cheese, sauces, dressings, baby food, and confectionery fillings.
