The high-quality stainless steel jam kettle by Kreuzmayr enables precise cooking and mixing for jam and marmalade production. Featuring an electric heater and built-in agitator, it ensures gentle, aroma-saving cooking through a slight temperature difference between the water bath and the kettle. The kettle’s compact design and adjustable feet allow for straightforward usage and disassembly. The electric heater maintains a consistent water bath temperature, heating the product evenly. Available in three models, the KMK 70, KMK 150, and KMK 250, the kettles offer different capacities to cater to varying production needs, with output capacities of 70, 150, and 250 kg/h respectively. The electric connection requirements range from 12.6 kW/32 Amp to 36.0 kW/63 Amp, making it adaptable for different operational scales.
