The Multifruit Line 1000 by Tropical Food Machinery is designed to process a wide range of fruits, including thick-skinned fruits like pineapples and citrus, stone fruits such as mangoes and peaches, and seed fruits like passion fruit and apples. This modular line consists of three easily transportable modules. The first module handles fruit reception and pulp extraction, including washing, brushing, and peeling. The second module is dedicated to enzymatic inactivation and pulp refining, ensuring optimal juice quality. The final module manages sterilization and aseptic filling, providing safe and long-lasting products. The line can process up to 1,500 kg/h of fresh fruit, with the capacity to produce concentrated juice when equipped with an optional evaporator ZEUS.
