Efficiently managing all the line as a single machine, Blox is controlled by a single operator, and helps ensure shorter distances, simplification of the label change, an automatic label splicer, external and integrated reel holder (that is ergonomic and easy to reach), an integrated handle applicator placed outside the machine, one operator panel, and an automatic film slicer.

There is no downtime during the layer forming cycle, so the maximum machine speed is generally higher.

The Karlville SP800 fits large, high speed applications, processing up to 800 containers per minute.

The SteamPro Tunnel is Karlville's conventional tunnel solution, which allows customers to apply shrink sleeves to multiple types of containers, thanks to its fully adjustable pipe system within the 2 or 3 meter tunnel.
Within individually controllable zones, each separate pipe can be adjusted to match the contours of the bottle and the nozzles can be aimed at a particular angle towards the bottle. Flow control is achieved by dual spherical valves or steam skid with temperature and pressure control.
Bottles of up to 160 mm in diameter, or widths of 350 mm, can be processed, with an effective shrink height of 300 mm.

For over 30 years, the Karlville Tampertec product line (300 and 600 bpm) has provided dedicated technology for tamper-evident sleeve applications.
Based on a positive &amp; exclusive pick and place transfer system, or direct shooting thanks to the cutting head inclination, the sleeve application is smooth, positively progressive and accurate. The key is in the Scheidegger Technology continuous motion process of film feeding, folding, and cutting.
Up to 1 000 bpm can be achieved, with one single head, and with only 5/10,000 un-sleeved units this means 99.5% efficiency. Customisable to client applications, the Tampertec can apply sleeves on 8mm to 85mm product diameters.

The Karlville Tornado hot air tunnel leads the world in innovation, with the added value of being the most efficient tunnel of its kind. Tunnel sizes of 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 or 4.5 metres provide a shrinking solution for difficult shaped containers up to 200 mm diameter, water sensitive products and heat sensitive containers like PET.
With a maximum speed of 300 bpm, the high performance design eliminates the need for extra leister guns or special rotation systems.

The GMB Series from Bossar has been designed from the ground up to meet the challenges posed by large format and heavyweight flexible pouch packaging.

Key to the GMB’s success is the patented transport system. Unlike traditional walking beam transport system, the GMB utilises mechanical grippers on a chain or linear carousel. This unique system holds the pouch perfectly in place throughout the entire filling and sealing process, handling weights of up to 15kg.

Suited to hygienic production environments, the GMB features an autoclave function for sterilizing pre-made pouches or films. With up to 4 filling stations, it’s fully suitable to fill low-acidity food like pet food, fish, liquid soups, sauces, gravies, precooked meals, vegetables, pâté and more, as well as a wide range of non-food items.
