This system’s intermittent operating mode and capability to handle both single and double index ensure versatility across production lines. With an output of up to 100 ppm, the Holmatic CFS-100 reduces downtime with quick product and size changeovers, ranging from 5-10 minutes for product and 10-20 minutes for size adjustments. It handles various packaging materials, such as plastic, paper, glass, and metal, and supports diverse packaging shapes including round, square, rectangular, and oval. The system accommodates a fill volume range from 25 ml to 6600 ml, and pack heights from 51 mm to 268 mm. Its flexible design makes it suitable for several industries including home care, personal care, food, dairy, tea & coffee, pet care, and chemicals.
