The NCP-25 from Rychiger is a compact case packer designed to operate on a footprint of less than 10 square meters. It utilizes a vacuum-free ‘Pin & Dome’ mechanism, providing a high standard of cleanliness ideal for environments needing to minimize dust, such as food production and life sciences. The system offers time-saving, tool-free switching between different case sizes, achieved through clearly labeled size parts and positions. Capable of handling up to 25 cases per minute, the case packer supports multiple infeed lanes, giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred product packing pattern. The machine also features side or inline case magazines that can hold up to 150 cases and offers automated feeding and removing processes. Cases can be sealed using tape or glue, and additional units like labelers and barcode scanners can be integrated for quality control.
