The ROBOBAND 2VH, from OCME (Aetna Group Italy), is designed for automatic application of two bands of stretch film for labeling purposes. This system excels in situations where product shape complicates labeling. The ROBOBAND 2VH operates using two separate film reels to secure labels, ensuring quick and precise application. Its motor-driven carriage is controlled by a clutch to handle unstable loads, and the adjustable sealing feature adds flexibility to the process. The setup is straightforward, with fast parts changeover facilitated by a user-friendly design. It supports output capacities of up to 150 products per hour, accommodating pallet dimensions ranging from 600×800 mm to 1300×1100 mm and a maximum height of 2000 mm. The equipment operates on a standard power supply of 400-415V, 50 Hz, and requires a compressed air pressure of 6 bar.
