The MBF Micro-Batch Feeder by WAMGROUP is designed for continuous volumetric feeding of powdery or granular materials. Constructed from a steel-reinforced SINT engineering polymer body, or optionally fully from stainless steel, this feeder addresses issues of clogging with its rotating agitator tool and feeder screw housed within a feeder pipe. The system’s modular design offers a variety of configurations to suit diverse user requirements. Independently driven agitator and feeder screws allow for different drive powers and speeds, providing flexibility. With available FDA and EN food-grade versions, the feeder is suitable for various industries including food, plastics, chemicals, and environmental technology. The feeders support feed rates from 3 dm³/h to 4,000 dm³/h, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.
