The Quick-Clean Hygienic Rotary Valves from Gericke are designed to address the need for efficient and hygienic processing. Featuring the USDA Dairy and EHEDG qualified design, these valves ensure minimal downtime for internal cleanings. The valves incorporate the Rota-lign™ bearing assembly, a self-centralizing rotor design, and a tapered bore feature, which enhance operator safety and ease of maintenance by eliminating the risk of process and product contamination. Both ends of the valve can be opened for full access to internals, allowing operators to carry out cleaning without requiring special tools. Additionally, the external washdown feature meets the IPx9K certification, enabling high-pressure cleaning without damaging the valve, making it ideal for applications requiring frequent cleanings such as in the food industry, pharmaceuticals, and various hygienic processes.
