The Pulverex™ 3 Series by Bühler is a high-efficiency pulverizer designed for ultra-fine grinding applications. It is primarily used for processing raw materials in aqua feed, pet food, and other young animal feeds. The system combines feeding, pulverizing, and classifying functions in a compact structure, ensuring a high space-performance ratio. Capable of producing up to 15 tons per hour, it employs a vertical shaft and V-belt drive for robust operation. Key features include a specially designed classifying impeller and deflector hood, which minimize air resistance and prevent over-pulverizing, leading to reduced energy consumption. Maintenance is simplified with two side doors for quick parts replacement and a hydraulic opening system for the top cover. The absence of screen structures allows simultaneous pulverizing and classifying, further optimizing energy efficiency.
