The Bertha™ rotating stencil depositor from Aasted is designed to handle a variety of masses, including meringue, sponge dough, and chocolate. Mounted on a height-adjustable, stainless steel C-frame with wheels, it ensures easy servicing and cleaning. The precision of the stencil drum results in reliable and uniform product formation. An internal scraper provides a clear-cut deposit onto the conveyor belt, maintaining product consistency. Control is facilitated by an integrated PLC and HMI system, which also offers remote access. The Bertha™’s automation raises the scraper upon machine stoppage, enabling an efficient changeover of the stencil drum.
