The Cushioned Pneumatic Vibrators F by WAMGROUP generate vibration using an internal floating piston rather than direct surface impacts. This design allows for silent operation and longer durability. The vibration force can be adjusted with additional weights, offering flexibility for different applications. These vibrators operate within a pressure range of 2 to 6 bar (29 to 87 PSI) and can withstand temperatures up to 200°C (392°F). They are also ATEX EX II 2DG cT(x) compliant, making them suitable for use in explosive environments. Ideal for compaction tasks in industries such as feed and food processing (including rice and animal feed milling), plastics and chemicals, and heavy industries like glass and steel processing.
