The newest Nielsen Enrober by Aasted is designed for large-scale chocolate enrobing. Available in various band widths (850/1050/1300/1600 mm), it offers functional design improvements to tackle common production headaches. This machine ensures easy access to the conveyor belt and a rail system for safe transfer of internal units to a service trolley. It provides a rapid changeover of enrobing bands, pump units, and tray units, reducing downtime. The Aasted Nielsen Enrober also includes an option for a bypass conveyor installation, which reduces downtime due to cleaning or maintenance. In the energy configuration, it allows precise control of reused and freshly tempered chocolate, lowering energy consumption while maintaining high-quality output. A constantly tempered chocolate flush in the direct enrobing configuration minimizes blockages and ensures continuous operation.
