The VAR Diverter Valves by WAMGROUP are designed to efficiently divert or convert various powdery or granular materials within pneumatic conveying systems. These valves feature a cast aluminum casing and cover, an inlet, and two outlets. An internal rotating drum, activated by a pneumatic actuator, precisely closes one outlet while allowing material to flow through the other. This design ensures minimal pressure drop and contamination-free operation, thanks to pneumatically inflatable seals. Operating conditions accommodate temperatures from -20°C to 80°C and pressures up to 3.5 bars. Suitable for diverse applications in industries such as food processing, plastics, and heavy industries, these valves maintain optimal performance with compact, lightweight dimensions.
