The VFS Butterfly Valves by WAMGROUP are designed for use with powdery and granular materials. They consist of two high-pressure die-cast aluminum alloy semi-bodies, a swivel disc made of SINT polymer composite or cast iron, and a pre-stressed elastomer seal. A version with a stainless steel disc and FDA/EN-approved seal is also available for the food industry. VFS Butterfly Valves are highly abrasion-resistant and require minimal maintenance, offering a cost-effective solution for a wide range of applications, including the food industry, chemicals, plastics, and construction materials. They operate effectively in environments needing dust-tight and pressure-proof up to 0.2 bar (2.9 PSI) seals, making them suitable for various dry materials processing plants.
