Ensure sterile filling and capping

The Monoblocks for Ultraclean filling by Zilli & Bellini s.r.l. are designed to perform all filling processes in a controlled environment. The system operates with an overpressure of sterile air, introduced by high-efficiency HEPA filters, to reduce contamination risks during critical processes such as cleaning, filling, and closing. An upper stainless steel cover supported by safety guards further minimizes external contamination. The system can handle round or shaped glass or plastic bottles and can accommodate various types of covers as specified by the customer. The containers are synchronized precisely during the filling and sealing phases to avoid product spillage. Additionally, the monoblocks allow for a precisely timed drop of liquid Nitrogen (NL2) into the headspace for certain applications. Capacity ranges from 10 to 1200 containers per minute, depending on the product and container size. It is suitable for filling a wide range of products, from liquids to very dense products, with or without pieces. Optional features include an automatic cleaning system (C.I.P.), enhancing operational efficiency and hygiene.
