Rotary roller vibrators for material flow assistance

Ensuring steady material flow in processing plants, especially when dealing with sticky or difficult-to-discharge bulk solids, can be challenging. Problems can surface in concrete compacting, foundry molds, or hopper emptying, where traditional methods fail to provide satisfactory results.

Deliver low amplitude, high frequency vibration

The OR-series Roller Vibrators from WAMGROUP generate vibration through the movement of rollers within an eccentric guide. They excel in applications requiring higher force compared to ball-type vibrators. The OR-series offers low amplitude and high frequency vibrations, making them suitable for tasks like concrete compacting tables, foundry molds, and hopper emptying. These vibrators operate with oiled air at pressures ranging from 2 to 6 bar (29 ~ 87 PSI) and are certified for use in explosive environments (ATEX EX II 2DG cT(x)). The series includes four different sizes, each housed in a robust black aluminum casing with a brass cover. Their operational noise level reaches 90 dB(A), providing a balanced trade-off between performance and acoustic impact.
