The Silverson FMX5 is a laboratory-scale powder/liquid mixer designed to emulate the performance of larger Flashmix units. This mixer provides an efficient solution for R&D and small-scale manufacturing. The FMX5 incorporates a powerful 1 hp single-phase motor with infinitely variable speed control, ensuring precise mixing at up to 9000 rpm. All wetted parts are made of grade 316L stainless steel, ensuring durability and compliance with sanitary standards. With a capacity of up to 10 liters, the FMX5 can process higher viscosity mixes. It features a touch pad control panel with a digital tachometer, a programmable integral timer, and an amperage display. The unit includes a 1-liter stainless steel hopper and can be equipped with various rotor/stator configurations for versatility.
