Control and monitor multiple fermentation batches
The OMVE MPV206-FE water bath fermenter allows for the simultaneous fermentation of multiple product batches. With its ability to fill different buckets and accurately set the temperature and mixing speed, this system offers flexibility and precise control over the fermentation process. Each bucket is equipped with a low-speed mixer, temperature sensors, and pH sensors, allowing for meticulous monitoring and recording of critical control points (CCPs) via the human machine interface (HMI). Available in configurations from 2×2 to 6 buckets, each with a capacity of either 6L or 10L, the system includes programmable temperature and time profiles for each fermentation batch. Additional water bath units can be integrated for optimal batch pasteurization and food preparation, enhancing the system’s versatility.
