The Bachmix R by Bachiller is a vacuum-based blender-homogenizer designed for laboratory, pilot, or industrial production. This unit can handle high viscosity homogenizations and fine emulsions through vacuum and pressure operations, clean-in-place washing, and sterilization capabilities. The Bachmix R offers precise control over agitation speeds, temperature, and vacuum/pressure settings. It features independently controlled coaxial or helicoid mixing tools and a rotor-stator homogenizer with adjustable GAP for stable high fineness emulsions. The integrated system includes a vacuum group, weighing system, heating control module, and automated supervision via a touch interface. It meets ASME VIII div.1 – AD-2000 – EN-13445 standards and is CGMP sanitary designed, validating FDA requirements.
