This system supports indirect heating using steam, electricity, water, or pressure, making it versatile for different production needs. The cooling times range between 60-75 minutes depending on the product properties and size of the system, which is available in volumes of 500, 1000, and 2000 liters. Additionally, it supports various functions such as vacuum, deaeration, CIP (Cleaning in Place), and reduction, making it suitable for applications such as sauces, dairy products, soups, and more.
