The Tetra Pak® Bag Tipping unit CIP is designed to facilitate the manual emptying of 25 kg bags of powder in a highly hygienic manner. This unit is suitable for the Tetra Pak® High Shear Mixer with a vacuum system or any batch powder and liquid mixing process. Featuring an integrated wet CIP system, it ensures thorough cleaning of all internal surfaces using a single spray ball, eliminating residue from flavors, colorants, or allergens. The unique internal geometry of the unit allows for complete discharge of powders without retention, and efficient liquid drainage after cleaning. The unit is also equipped with an automatic door lock that secures the door during the CIP cycle, enhancing safety. Made of food-grade 316L stainless steel, it is both durable and compliant with industry standards. The system can handle up to 3,000 kg/h, depending on operator efficiency, and includes options for dust extraction and auto-drying post-CIP.
