These lines can handle various capacities from 500 to over 20,000 kg/h, making them suitable for both small and large-scale operations. The processing can be done under vacuum or at atmospheric pressure, preserving the freshness and organoleptic characteristics of raw materials. The lines include dosing, mixing, heating, cooking, and, in some cases, concentration and pasteurization. For nectar production, the lines mix and homogenize purees, fruit concentrates, sugar syrups, and acidifiers before pasteurizing them according to each recipe.
