It is capable of handling various batch sizes, with the standard Sigma Mill offering outputs of 200 to 400 kg/h, and the Jumbo variant achieving 600 to 800 kg/h. Engineered for compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, the system ensures process integrity with no black particle generation. The mill supports a wide range of sieve sizes (1 to 12 mm) and operates with a top drive mechanism for optimal performance. Additional features include vacuum-rated design, low noise levels, and a control panel with potentiometer for speed adjustment, making it easy to operate. Contact parts are made from SS 316/316L, and non-contact parts from SS 304, adhering to strict industry regulations such as GMP, FDA, MHRA, and PICS.
